T.H.E Difference - Training
From their first day at Woodall Transport Group, drivers undertake a program of ongoing skills development, coordinated by a dedicated Training Manager. Before new drivers are even assigned their first job, they must pass a full induction and a week’s tuition on the road.
Woodall Transport Group follows the OPCOM program to keep all staff trained on the importance of road transport safety. The OPCOM certification supports quality performance within a transport fleet through regular training modules and the enforcement of comprehensive safe working procedures.
