T.H.E Difference - Training
From their first day at Woodall Transport Group, drivers undertake a program of ongoing skills development, coordinated by a dedicated Training Manager. Before new drivers are even assigned their first job, they must pass a full induction and intensive tuition on the road.
Woodall Transport Group follows the OPCOM program to keep all staff trained on the importance of road transport safety. The OPCOM certification supports quality performance within a transport fleet through regular training modules and the enforcement of comprehensive safe working procedures.
